Reviews for "Deep Sea Hunter"

MysteryClock, i have a record above yours. 7948 ft ^_^

I see a couple of messages in this game. It tells us that we as humans don't care about the beauty of nature, just the monetary value of the treasure it holds. We destroy and kill everything in our path to quell our greed. And when money isn't enough, we keep invading this underworld kingdom and hunt and destroy its king. A very grim message behind an innocent game. At least that's my interpretation.
I liked it a lot. The best part was upgrading the fuel capacity and being about to explore more of the ocean.

A little bit repetitive but a nice game. However, it must be the first submarine to shoot missiles underwater :p

Good game, but I have found a bug.

You can do this at any stage, but I maxed out all my skills, went left, crashed through the wall and found I could go straight down.

Managed 7,911 ft depth

The level design is very repetitive. You dive through exactly the same structure six times or something. You never even get to dive in another direction than down-right. There's much space for improvement here.

This is also one of these games where I think "why the hell can't I use the keyboard". There is no advantage of using the mouse here at all. I think it should be at least an option.

Some of the details of the game are pretty weird: When you launch two rockets at once, they will explode as soon as one hits a target. At the right end, the surface just ends abruptly. The submarine seems to choose targets at random; it should be at least predictable (aim for nearest / strongest / weakest creature).

To make the game less repetitive, there could be checkpoints so that one does not have to start from the beginning all over again.
