this game rules man! it looks incredible (although i honestly wish it didn't have the '16 bit' resolution, that makes it look like a gimmicky cash in on the retro craze, although its obviously not) everything is incredibly smooth (the downloadable exe was a great idea) . this game is also hard...actually pretty DANG HARD! but that isn't necessarily bad. although there were a few situations that didn't make it very clear as to how to get through them unscathed, and it made it feel like they were just unfair even though i'm sure there WAS a way. Another small thing that bothered me (but you may have done this for a reason) was that there was that you simply kept going after you beat a boss within the level, and it made moving on to the next part feel a little tiring. but whatever, there's no way i could NOT give this game 5 stars, it's definitely raising the standard for newgrounds games

Good job. I really like the look and feel of it, it reminds me of Sonic the Hedgehog meets Gunstar Heros. I agree with a previous comment, add the diagonal shooting and you have a superb run&gun
I cant finish the level two "Sky tower". because the last boss...
You need to destroy his two "arms" or whatever they are before being able to shoot the main body (that's my guess, since no damage sustained on the main body, but only on the two thingy)
HOWEVER
the rocket keep going up and up. the ARMS KEEP GOING DOWN AND DOWN.
after about 45 second you can't hit the arms anymore. and you're stuck there hoping they will come back BUT THEY DON'T!
Very fun game. but that bug killed it for me =/
The only thing missing is this my friend... be able to shoot diagonally, fix that and you have a good game.
