Reviews for "a Grain of Truth"

great game! art, music, story and gameplay are not only beautiful but also coherent. I'll be waiting for other works from the same authors

mrudi responds:

Thank you - for a play and kind word

I loved the game a very mystic feel and the elements of it were well placed. Unfortunately i was stuck at the Cloud Separation as well as attempting to get a story from the Captain but hopefully you will refine the game given some time good luck ^_^

mrudi responds:

Good you like it but bad that you were stuck

Just wow.....This game, nay story is mind blowing. The plot kept you motivated to finish the game to the very end and to never give up. Even the title of it is a pun off the game and some of the logic that's spoken in the game. The logic in the game gave you a lot of useful advise to use in your own way especially how you should never dwell in the past, but concern yourself with your future because the past is already said and done. The art is amazing and it's a relaxing, easy but challenging game. I loved how the wise oldman spoke like Yoda. Just every aspect of this game makes me ecstatic being able to say i've witnessed it. Thank you for creating a master piece and i hope to The Grand Oak that there is a sequel. I can see Myosotis being the destruction to the world and this "Guardian" character going after her trying to kill her. Maybe protect her and guide her from destruction, who knows. That is why we need a sequel!!!!!

mrudi responds:

Thank You very much for Your kind words. People like You give us strenght to dream, especially now when our work and "adult lives" does not allow us to fully dedicate ourselves to our hobbies, which is making games. Reading Your comments is like drinking the Panoramiks elixir from the Asterix and Obelix series. No matter how tired we are, we always find ourselves saying "We must make a sequel for such guys! Thank You once more for supporting us.
- Mark

So, when does the sequel come out?

mrudi responds:

I want to think that like the 'Dizzy' game creators we came back to it after some some time.

NIIIIICE! I played it until morning.. :)

mrudi responds:

:-) Now we are really proud of ourselves. Thank you.
