Reviews for "Quietus II"

this game is just very mediocre, it's extremely hard on most levels, and to make it even more difficult, it's sticky controls cause the character to move awkwardly, such as jumping or moving to fast or slow, or a jump that isn't timed just right and doesn't make much (or too much) distance and causes death. other than that, both the music and story is well thought out.

Controls are too slippery for me to appreciate the challenge that this game presents. I make the platform, then find myself slipping to my death. No. Just, no.

Not bad masocore platformer. I like this kind of games a lot. But I hate level 35. Over than half of my deaths were on this level. There are 3 options to help gamers not kill themselves in another useless effort: make the spike shaft wider/exit from it lower/ remaster controls. Got all the medals and enjoyed the gameplay, but it's wierd that level 35 took me over 200 attempts while level 40 only 4.

The amount of swearing this game caused me to utter is unreal. However when i beat the last level, and got all 40 chests, I felt awesome. A bit more refined movement is needed for the last ten levels, when you have to move at pixel perfect movement. Tough game, but fun. Took me 332 deaths to beat all 40 stages.

I am one of those people that enjoy these kinds of games despite having the need to throw a brick at the screen , and it may be just me but the controls are alright and may be difficult to use deliberately as to add more difficulty to the game
