I really wanted this to be a good game. I tried enough times to give it a fair chance to please me, but it's essentially garbage. You're guaranteed to lose, almost always before you even get a chance to build the second story. The survivors starve to death, and then a "raid" ends the game. There's no way to load a save to recover your safehouse, or to recall survivors in the case of a chance raid. Food scavenging is too little to support the 7 starting survivors, 9 games out of 10.

If it weren't ludicrously unbalanced, it'd be a lot of fun, but as it is, it's frustrating and completely without reward to play. It definitely is not good enough to be featured on the NG front page in its current state. If it had the issues worked out, it'd be great.

I agree with colonist and you should make it so when you pick a rescue team to help a scout or scavenge under attack you should be able to send anyone that is in the safe house, not just the gaurds.

This seems like a mixture of Rebuild, The Last Stand, and one of those Hotel/Office/Mall building games. There are quite a lot of glitches and bugs here and there and some aspects of the game needs more work and refinement. It's a great concept but is ruined by its unpolished nature. If you are planning on updating the game and fixing those problems then that would be nice. If not then this game's potential is wasted.

i disagree with mrsockz im already on day 17 and have found the raids quiet easy infact its a tad bit too easy and i still have no idea what the main point of the game is but it is interesting.
