the game is great passing time and all though the only thing is if there alot going on stage its slows down and at time glitches but nonthenless great SIMPLE game but can someone
tell me whats the secrete medal is?

Play around in the options menu.
Excellent game.
Although, i rated 4,5 because of the spikes, they are buggy, sometimes you go thru them.
The two secret medals are:
1st: Click both buttons on lvl 11.
2nd: Set quality to low, then to high.
