Simple, yet fun. It actually gets challenging fairly quickly though. My only complaint is I had some difficulty moving forward and jumping at the same time.

This is pretty good for your first flash game. I'd add more feedback for when the player dies. It feels really abrupt. A nice title screen and quick little tutorial would be nice. It could use some polish and the character feels a little too super meat boyish. Keep it up!
One of the appealing features of this game is that there is no preloader, no menu, and no level select, which means you immediately start the game without waiting. Such a simple game doesn't really need those anyway.

It feels to slippery for my tastes. I just don't feel enough sense of control.
