Reviews for "Last Guardian"

sandman366's review was great and sums up all the strengths and weaknesses nicely.

just to reiterate some of the most apparent issues:
-gravity is indeed way too strong. made aiming quite annoying.
-i found that hit boxes didn't make sense. in the early levels, the short green guys would have arrows pass right through them and act as if they weren't even hit.
-having no target/outlined path (like in angry birds) or at least the option of one via upgrades was a bit annoying, but this was mainly due to how absurdly strong gravity was.
-having challenges, objectives, AND achievements was a bit ridiculous. those all sound like the same or close to the same thing.
-also i'm not a huge fan of the "go to our sponsor to play a more feature unlocked version of the game" this is nonsense. if you don't feel comfortable showcasing your work, then you probably shouldn't upload it at all.

i did like the music and sound effects and felt that the game was polished enough and mostly bug free. it was the design that bothered me.

Excellent Game, you can reset skill anytime,

Added To fav,

Unlocked fire spirit but didn't care, sorry, tired of the game.

Just to kick if off, your math is CRAP. Square root of 4096 is 64. You mean quad root. 8 is the square root of 64.
You can't start firing another arrow right after you let go of the first, there's a delay before you can shoot again, which is really annoying.
3 of the 4 damage upgrades on day 8 and I can't 1-shot everything?! Just how many attacks are we supposed to be using?! Headshots are way too difficult to get if we're supposed to do that for everything. Perhaps we're supposed to use summons for damage, but arrows should be able to hold the line by themselves.
"Go to our site to unlock this content!" How about no? That might work on something like Gemcraft where the game is awesome without going somewhere else, but sorry, this isn't even worth unlocking the first one. Perhaps you should find a new publisher...I actually dislike your publisher more, since I don't think I've really heard of them before and don't want to go there. (Actually, I tried the link, the main link with the stars doesn't even go to the game on the site.)
Summons are a nice idea, but need reworking. Especially the first.
Gravity is wonderful to see, but is way too strong. Feels impossible to aim the stupid thing properly.
Some of those achievements are kinda pointless, and the stars make Objectives and Achievements kinda pointless anyway.
"Follow us on Twitter/Like us on Facebook for more stu-" Stick it. Seriously, no. Just no. Never. Don't have either and I shouldn't need them to do anything unrelated to them.
Upgrades need to be farther from the categories, I thought the categories were upgrades at first.

The best things about this were the concept, the music, and that it's (mostly) functional. Overall it's well done, but with a ton to improve on/fix.

(That's all I can think of for this review...by the way, nighttime BGM is actually very nice, had it on while I wrote this.)

HIDDEN STAR!! click on upgrades, then the hero in the picture is wearing a star necklace click it :3

great game but on the final boss lvl lag got me killed and the arrow shooting part from TarraxIronwolf helped in also killing me.
