Decently put together, but I can't really give you more than 3 considering the sprites you ripped from Metal Warriors (SNES) without giving credit. It's a relatively obscure game, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people don't recognize it.

upgrade medals would have worked way better if it didnt ask to upgrade my special every other time also when i would press jump it would automatically pick an upgrade for me which made me give up on trying to get all of them
I can tell you used some images from Front mission: gun hazard, and the background looks familiar to. But those things don't concern me nearly as much as the monotonous levels do. It would have been nice if you could have mixed them up a bit, and added different background elements, instead of just the same ones, over and over..
some of the graphics are stolen with no credit to them to be seen, -1 star, the music is really annoying after the 5th loop -1/2 star repetitive -1/2 star, too easy, no penalty what so ever for death, -1/2 star. overall score 2.5 stars.
