It was a pretty fun shooter. I liked the bit of rpg element thrown in as well :) Only complaint I have. Main Menu button at the end of the game doesn't work. Other then that, 4 stars.

Good graphics, good animation, great game overall. Decent challenge, cool magic skills, very fun. I love that you can shoot enemy projectiles out of the air. There's just one area that I believe could use some improvement, and it's a relatively minor thing: please let us change the "upgrade" key. I set the "jump" key to "up" because it made sense at the time and after that, I kind of got messed up in terms of upgrades (went from "wheel wall" to "quad shot" magic without even realizing what had happened). I'm not even sure how many other upgrades I lost before I noticed it...

some of the graphics are stolen with no credit to them to be seen, -1 star, the music is really annoying after the 5th loop -1/2 star repetitive -1/2 star, too easy, no penalty what so ever for death, -1/2 star. overall score 2.5 stars.
This game is pretty good, the enemy and hero textures are ripped off of Metal Warriors. (an awesome game for the SNES) The graphics (other than what was copied) are descent. The sound effects are simple and the music is a cheap techno beat on a thirty second loop. The level design is really simple, mostly platforms that are populated by robots that go up and up. Not a bad game for what I guess is a first attempt but a little advice, if you are gonna rip off shit from that game, at least make it cooler than that one. Maybe some upgrades, customization, different mechs and better level design.
