If you continue creating work like this the frontpage will start to feel like a second home to you. Maybe you can work out a little more facial expression for the next one.
That was really sweet. It did remind me of brackenwood, which is in no way a bad thing. The animation as a whole was nicely done, very smooth and expressive, though the actual drawing/frames could do with a bit more cleanup imo.

Forget those stick animations you've been making - Fluffo beats them hands down :D Totally eccentric, adorable character who doesn't even need any complex backstory to work. Music fits, sounds are good, the flow of the "story" works just swell. Quality of the animation could be just a notch higher, but since this is your first I'd say it's pretty neat aswell. And if you make more of these it will most likely develop on its own. And that's just my opinion anyhow, I'm sure that many viewers here like the appearance of your animation just as it is :p
Independent episodes like this are exactly what he/she/it needs, something like finding a withered tree and interacting with it for couple of minutes would be more than enough for an episode to go with. With a possibility of "major" development every now and then (e.g change of scenery, like finding a shoreline or this black thingy getting out and tracking Fluffo during night) you could really have a new star of NG in your hands :)
