Your inspiration for this was clear to me before I saw the credits. I think you did a great job considering your sources of inspiration, but as you said yourself the story was a bit lacking. I think it would have been nice, if you had included one or two big and detailed panorama shots to further the ambience. "Easier said than done" I know, but at the end I was sort of expecting a big wonderful view of the landscape, since the blizzard had quieted down.
But it is still a nice little movie. Great job!
Wow, really great. Nice animation for moving characters, but the backgrounds really stand out as something beatiful. The music was also great, each contributed to the mood and made the entire thing have a but of an emotional tug, even though the story itself was simple.
