Reviews for "I Am Flying To The Moon"

It was great up until a couple engine upgrades in. Your gravity is just so wonky that if you hit anything at all its only through quite a bit of luck that you can recover. It isn't really original but its still one of my favorite types of games. Just crank back the gravity and give momentum a little more oomph, and you've got it!

omg 2 days!! lozors

OT; nice game, I liked the controls reasonbly difficult to start with, but good with upgrades. every upgrade was neccessary. e.g. I needed the radar bad when I upgraded my egine to much, later u really needed armor upgrades etc. so I think you managed to create upgrades that are needed very well. Didnt see that before.

You can cheat a bit by flying diagonal, but even then difficulty is oke.

the back to menu button in the instructions section doesnt work!

all in all nice upgrade game. a tad boring and graphs arent great but good enogh

Alright, so here's what I think.

The game is good, but it has a bunch of really annoying features.

For instance: when smacking anything, even slightly, makes you spin out, that's a pain in the ass. I didn't invest in armor until I had everything else up to full because it wasn't worth it until I was nearly in space. Having some ability to break through the object, or just less spin-out physics would make this game much more enjoyable.

The upgrades are nice, but again, when it's nearly impossible to get very high because you're spinning out all the time it's a little annoying.

There's a very odd blank area, after you hit space but before the meteorites appear, where almost nothing exists. I coasted for two or three checkpoints before seeing something. And, by the time you hit space the difficulty level drops by a huge amount. The first time I hit space I got to the moon. It was getting past all the damned planes and blimps that was the hard part.

And, for the love of Odin, get rid of that annoying beeping noise. Whenever I'm hurt or low on fuel that noise made me want to just shut the damned tab. I'm all for audible warnings, but I actively crashed whenever that noise came on, just to get rid of it.

Another thing is, because space is so easy, it'd be cool to be allowed to go farther than the Moon. I used barely 1/10th of my fuel to hit the moon, and that was without grabbing fuel power-ups, so it would be cool to be able to go further.

So, in all, the game was nice, but could use some touch ups.

Nothing was under or over powered.
Liked the music and sounds that went with it.
Wonderful interface
Didn't notice any bugs, no game crashes.
Liked most about the game but I couldn't wait that long to beat it.
6 looked too much like a b.

Its a good game. Can get a bit tedious when you reach a high altitude and then fall and have to wait till ur rocket makes it all the way down. wish there was a self-destruct button.
Also... the ads are either messed up or horribly invasive... cause the sound pops up in the middle of the game... HORRIBLY annoying. Please fix that, and if its done on purpose... dont. Just dont.
