Reviews for "Ancient Weapons"

I really enjoyed playing this game. Its addicting, but the many glitches are disappointing :(
this game beats the shit out of my system's cpu, why did you take away the quality options? :(

unbelivable responds:

Sorry about that, I've just now updated the game and added a low quality option on the main menu for those of you who lag.

i agree i hate starting a lvl and instantly being ported to the next from starting on the stairs plus i didn't like that when i spawn in the next lvl i usually find myself starting on top of numerous enemies that kill me before my screen has time to appear from the tip screen> i do love the fact that the game is endless and random but i think it could be improved greatly with these few things maybe update it and make it possible to make more then one hero and have them auto follow you make it where you can equip items such as armor and weapons make a town to sell stuff in and buy things and maybe some mini quest.sorry if this is an eye sore but im not here to pleasure your eyes nor to type correctly which i can im here to have fun and hopefully write a helpful review. :)

Not bad, not great. Wasn't a big fan of the controls, personally. Having my fingers all scrunched up around ASWD really made my hand hurt after a while. Extremely repetitive, though that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. xP and had fun swinging around my Dezarfin's Magical Mist Shark Elder - 604 DMG and Danbel's Magical Rustic Death of Light - 584 DMG. (Those are a mouthful. XD) That is, until I realized the game just went on and on...forever.. Leveled up to 72 and reached dungeon level 61 before thinking "What's the point?" and just throwing myself to the monsters. Best thing that could be added, in my opinion, would be the ability to save, or the ability to actually beat the game. =\ - Glad we could submit our scores, though. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have ANY thing to show for my time. xP - Also, the later levels, like 30 onward, I'll say, started to lag more and more. Too many chests and/or monsters piled up together, I guess. I was never in any real danger from it, but anyone with a weaker machine is probably finished. -- What really irked me more than anything, though, was getting a tip on level 34 saying "You're almost there!" .....Made me think there was a "there" to get to. XD - Bad, bad tip. T_T

Anyway, could have been a lot better, but was entertaining enough. Wish I'd known before starting that it was never ending, though. >_>;

i love the game but wish there was more to it. gets boring after awhile.

Great game with very engaging mechanics that really work well with the little bit of story provided; I did encounter a game breaking glitch where I spawned outside the map on dungeon 11. I did however deeply enjoy the randomized mechanic even if after a while a legendary name for a weapon would be wasted on something with a power level of 12 when something like the sword of Gary would be 3 times as powerful. Great game overall, but work out the spawn glitches.
