Reviews for "TGWTG versus dr. Insano"

hhmmmm... meh.
I know this is supposed to be parody, but I dont know. For some reason, while I like your video game parodies, this.... I did not really like. Its not really bad, I know in your parody's animation is supposed to be like, well if these are correct words to use (english is not my native language), slilly and muzzy and it is even then quite smoothly flowing.
My biggest problem is... The ripped off voices. And no, I am fine that you ripped those to make a dialogy for this, but even then, it doesnt really sound good to me, for my tastes, sorry. There are times where the sound doesnt seem to fit there or doesnt even make sense, but then again, this is parody. They're mostly thrown there for shits and giggles, but I rarely laughed at some jokes there. For most of the animation, I just thought, "what the.... fu...." and so on.
In the end, its not really bad, but it wasnt really for my tastes, even thought I usually like and laugh while watching your animations. I quess I'd defninedly would have like it more, if you'd asked some of the TGWTG cast for real voice act in this, but, it was your choice, and I think TGWTG guys will like this anyway if they see this.
On that note, I give you 3.5 stars for you (its not bad score, i think). Hopefully you dont hate my review and I'll be waiting for your next animation. :)

It's okay, I don't always like it when my favorite comedians switch style either.
Don't worry, this was just a fun experiment I did, but I'll go right back at videogame parodying after this.
This was a very injoke heavy movie, so only suitable for a specific audience.

I love random crap so much. You were able to cut those quotes into a funny and entertaining story with some interesting animation. The sound mixing was fuzzy and grainy but I'm sure that's due to the sources you had to work with.

I only really laughed a few times but was entertained througho... ELEPHANT!

By watching all this, I can tell beyond a shadow of a doubt you're a real hardcore fan of the TGWTG team. With many references, funny mixing of the lines, and little details like how cinema snob doesn't wear shoes when in his chair. This is a huge tribute to the reviewers at TGWTG.
Your mixing of the lines were very good and I liked it when you used it with some pretty random animation.
However, in the end, it comes down to the animation. That's really the main problem.
The animation on walking was pretty awkward, and the mouth motions weren't done very well.
Although, I can say you did try to come close to Marobot's style and I can see it on the close ups on the Critic.
What saved and distracted me from the animation was the line mixing and the way you used it to get some laughs. So for any fans of the TGWTG team like me, I'd say it's a nice treat. Just keep working on improving your animating skills.

It's like 2005 NG all over again. :D Nice work~

Hilarious. The framework of putting the reviewers in a ridiculous story was clever, and I found it funny, even as somebody who hasn't watched any of TGWTG's work. I really wish the animation was better, and I wish there was a notice at the beginning saying that the voices were cut from actual reviews (for those who don't know them), but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
