This is kinda a good game. But really it might be a little thing to do some improvements. You know, like show the weapons and stuff.

Work on it more.
The mechanics of you game are there and the gameplay could be decent. Capture more images of your characters (or use sprites instead) to make the animation more fluid and that way you'll actually be able to see the animations of the life bar and lightning attack. As for the game itself, think in terms of any story - beginning, middle, and end. You have an okay middle, but now you need a reason for your characters to be there, and what happens after your character reaches the end of the level. Keep up the work.
Tips and shit
This could be a little better with work. People hate copy and paste picture games like this. Very sloppy and boring. Maybe do a little extra work and design them yourself? (Its actually not too hard once you've done it a couple of times.) Add some variety, (Not just Meowths. Other enemy pokemon! A backround as well as a legit end would be helpful as well. Good luck.

it is not a bad thing
but it can be great game with some more depth in terms of art and music
it might take long for one person
but you can always consider working with other people such as artists, musicians, programmers, etc
