This is a great video, but I remeber working at blockbuster as a second job six or seven years ago. After they took me off the "floor" and behind a register it went from helping people anyway you could to the 7 or 10 point sales pitch that was drilled into you and was mandatory to pitch. :P I quit 3 days later with a smile on my face.

This is honestly true. I mean I work at Geek Squad and we bend people over hard but the people at Game Stop have mastered the Rape.

Being a clerk myself I gotta tell ya, I wish it were just a simple "here's the product - here's the money" transaction, but the bargain pushing is mandatory - I could lose the job otherwise. Don't be mad at the clerks, folks, they hate this shit even more than you do.
