It looks promising
But after getting the I can't climb the ladder that is there after jumping the 2 spike traps. I have tried in both realities. I would to be able to finish the game. I do like and hope that you will be able to make more.

I think you might be referring to a gate. In which case you need to find a key. There's a key symbol directly under it in both worlds, if that isn't enough of a clue for you.

I appear to be having the same issue at clatonctc did. Half the time, the character does not respond to the controls at all, and the other half he keeps running in that direction after I released the button, and even after hammering frantically on the opposite direction arrow. I like the idea of this game, and the mechanic of switching realities. I like the artwork, and the surreal environments. Unfortunately, the controls made the game unplayable, and I can't finish what looked like a very promosing game.

Yes, the game is short, but beyond that... there's no beyond that. It's just empty, I couldn't really empathize either with the schizophrenic jew or the nazis with the Goomba AI.
You get four stars for getting some of it at least graphically right.
Unfortunately, controls are bad - I had serious problems simultaneously jumping and changing view on reality.
