Reviews for "Bullet Audyssey"

Potential

Nice idea, let's combine bullet hell with rythm. The problem is that it kinda fails on both genres. The songs aren't too catchy and the bullets don't actually follow the music in a way that would make it rythm-game-ish. Now they just follow the beat, not the song.

As a bullet hell, the enemies patterns are one dimensional and boring and I feel I've seen it all already.

Technically the game is good, the controls work well and it looks nice. It's a well polished game, but doesn't actually do anything new or remarkable.

Fastest way to get epilepsy

Game is quite good, music is nice, but all the red blinking is gonna make my head explode!

Controls...

This is a fun game, it really is so I to be so harsh on it and give it a 6, but I feel that because its a fun game and has the potential to be so much better that I have to be harsh.
The controls. Fix them. The concept, levels, and just design of the game are fun but I going crazy here when I'm in the middle of dodging a bullet storm and all of a sudden the controls become unresponsive for a split second and my ship now stops moving and destroyed. Or even better, it moves when I press the arrow key but then proceeds to fly to the opposite end of the screen despite me having only tapped it.
Its a good game, but in a game like this where split second response time is necessary you have to have controls that are accurate and responsive dude. Until that happens this games just going to be more frustrating than fun.

Sorry, good music and insanity doesn't get a 10

While the game was fun in the beginning, it turned into an aggrovating mess. I liked the simplicity of shoot, dodge and slow though. The problem this game faces is that the level are litteraly impossible to get by without a scratch, or even a life or two. This game had alot of promise, but quickly went downhill once I got passed the intro levels. On the good side, you had a great idea of upgrade rewards for levels and even perfect level rewards. A suggestion for an additional upgrade would be to increase your ship speed, because I found it difficult to manuver my ship fast enough to keep up with certain patters. You could also make the magnitude of the time slow upgradable and perhaps even make it into a time freeze! Music was nice, but there could have been more songs. Enemies were plain and so were their attacks. Perhaps you could randomly throw in colors to their bullets to make the game not so dull to watch. To sum this up; great concept, but can use a bit of improvement and renovation.

its ok

way to hard tho needs settings such as easy normal and hard, imo. not fun to just grind levels to finally be able to off bosses.
