Liked it, but a few mentions.

What can I say, it's a great idea and you executed it fairly well. Nifty tricks and animation work.

My one concern is the moment when he finds himself stuck in an alley...the interruption of the music, the cheesy 'blink-blink' sound and the record scratch sound effect were jarring while I was watching. Misplaced in something that was dark and serious. I would suggest not doing stuff like that, just keep the normal music going--don't break the flow.

Can't wait to see the next bit, keep at it.

Good point. I was actually struggling a lot during that part.

I wanted to show his personality and give an impression of him not taking the situation too seriously, but at the same time, it does against the over all direction of this animation as you pointed out. In the end, I decided to go with the fun one, it was a tough decision. (Actually it's more work cutting the music in sections and adding the scratching sound effect, perhaps I should have stuck with the easy route...:P)

I just can't stop thinking that you were inspired by anime or any other japanese cartoons , which is not so bad , i guess you have draw the whole thing in flash environment and even though art is nice and looks like your own style.Some action parts were cliché in my opinion but the part with a gun on string - that was nice , if you have more ideas to come like that , then serve them.

This was VERY well done, The stunt's and character animation's, ALONG with the bit of gun on a string was ingenious! What you could have done better however, Gradient's were killing me, Should have packed some more color into this with out gradients. And there was a bit too much "Preset Shapes" as in some of the animations looked like they were made with pure circles, etc. And maybe some more sound effect's too. Just pack more detail, Color, and Background and this would be perfect! 9.5/10!
