As a fan of the original Silent Hill game(s) I must say I was impressed.
A great fill to it and as I went further and further I found myself getting deeper with emotion.
Great game and well put together.

Great start I am looking forward to the next part but I have one question what is the name of the song in the intro when your still in the plane. I am just asking because I tend to listen to the silent hill OSTs and I cant find that one,

This was actually pretty fun. I also like Silent Hill a lot and when the name of the character was dropped, I was like "Oh shit." Didn't realize I was playing as him all of this time. I don't quite understand the plane though, nor the fact that he apparently had one.
I thought the puzzles were interesting, especially the first one with the Beast word puzzle. I felt really clever after solving that one. Other than several spelling errors throughout the game, it was presented quite well. Can't wait for Part 2.

This was not a bad tribute to the Silent Hill mythology.
I thought the graphics were only fair though I think they were better than a LOT of games I have played that were made not by major developers. The story was very intriguing. There were some creepy monsters (though the dog stumbled dizzily around I don't know if that was intentional but it certainly fit into this kind of game!). I don't get why a number of people said it was easy to run past the monsters. Wasn't that almost always an option in the real game? "Fight or Flight?" But anyway was impressed by the cut-scenes, the characters look pretty interesting, the atmosphere definitely fits into the original games' series, and best of all I hope these games you made can only get better. I liked it a lot. 4 stars man!
Notes to players:
Puzzle in game goes down, right, left, up. You will get a key.
Monsters take very few hits so save your ammo well (though there is a lot of it!).
When two characters are revealed (creepy scene) game is NOT over yet so don't quit playing.
(I wish I didn't play this game and THEN log-in I probably lost points on that one. Oh well. I won't mind playing it again).
