just a few tweaks
gameplay was nice. the style was simplistic and good. I actually liked the skill tree for its freedom and it was lenient if you did put the wrong points in the wrong places. Felt much like dragon quest. I just have the same opinion as everyone else it seems concerning the bad parts.
Jumping into monsters just by moving to the next screen, made it feel at time you'd never get out the dungeon. I felt some monster moves were a bit annoying too, mainly wind shear and smoke bomb really. Would be better with partial party hitting, or a chance to avoid. Obviously it is a little repetitive but that's standard in a lot of flash rpgs. Zombie defense..well..nice idea but hard mode and expert are a absolute nightmare, and i would poke my screen to death cause i hate them so much @_@. It feels like 1 row per half second. If anything, I would say lower the number of zombies coming and just increase their speed. If it's not a fun game mechanic then it's not so fun a game overall. It is pulling it down slightly
I got as far as level 15 up at this time, and I will try and go further, possibly to the end. The greed ring does make you very rich, so midway you do end up with a good 70,000 gold and start to go crazy enhancing and buying ethers. Attack up all doesnt show for the caster sometimes though. But yeah. this is worth a good number of hours of your time to try it out = )
