Reviews for "Super Drift 3D"

It's OK

graphics not so high, but for a flash game it's not that bad.
Oh, and what's the point about achievments if you cannot see them at all?!

More time, comes better products

Good game, but it could be better. I hope you will polish this up and resubmit it later in the future. One thing this game can use is a map. Drifting is great, but if you can really see the next turn or get a hint then the game isnt going to be very fun.

I can't drive.! D:

But I do like the music :3

Goals

Well you've reached your goal, made a proper 3D game in flash, I also liked how the wheels respond to the keys not bad at all..
I am a great fan of the old arcade racers, Outrun, Ridge Racer well pretty much all of them named. But I was done with this game after ona and a half race. the voice is not good, the gameplay is quickly getting old. Overal the mechanics weren't that good..
I am also a great fan of hardcore music. I even met DJ Paul. but it's one of the main reasons I stopped so soon. It's not contributing to the game, I miss 'feeling' that I am in a fast car driving insane top speeds.

Nevertheless, you made a nice step in 3D flash gaming. it is despite all my critisism the best 3d flash games I have played thusfar.
Keep up the good work

Nice graphics, but twitchy controls

This is probably the best-looking flash game I've seen to this date. The fully textured polygon graphics are just amazing. However, there are still a lot of issues to be adressed:

- The physics are VERY clunky and primitive, even for an arcade game. It's almost impossible to drive and the car flies over the track. Also the vehicle movement is quite jerky.
- The controls aren't very good either. I usually tap the arrow keys to counter steer, but this throws me into a counter drift.
- It'd also be nice to have an in-car view with steering wheel and dashboard. You don't need to do this in 3D, bitmaps are just fine.
- There is no option to use manual transmission.
- You can't reconfigure the controls either, which is a tad annoying. The default control scheme isn't _bad_, but some people might want to change it.

Overall it's a pretty nice graphics demonstration, but as a game it feels very rushed and unfinished. I really like the graphics engine, but the horrible physics/controls prevent me from giving it a 10. I suggest you play the first Need for Speed game for a while for some inspiration.
