Fun and challenging
This game is quite confusing, but I actually got the complexity bar full.

I'm glad you could work out enough to fill the complexity bar, that's what gives you the more bizarre critters. You can get 'special' seeds that can give you aliens or UFO's, but only when the bar is full...
Nice concept, fairly fun
The main problem is that once it starts getting complex, the screen is too crowded to tell whats happening.

That is a very good point, I tried to keep the graphics simple to offset this factor.
I deliberately left the user to discover what each critter/plant does but it's hard to find out if you can't see it, eh?

I'm glad that even to someone who doesn't like sims that much can enjoy this...
Personally, I abhor the 'tamagochi' type games, that's why I added such odd things.
I also tried to incorporate an element of CHAOS to the program, so that it can always show you something new...
Improvement needed
Needs a little improvement. The UI should be more intuitive and the different items should be made more varied (the orbs and such that you click I mean). Also, there should be separate tanks for animal and plant orbs so that you don't accidentally click the wrong type.

Not bad, but not great
It's still unbalanced in my eyes. It takes too much of one thing to balance the other out, and by the time it balances out you have too much/little C02 to save you plants/animals.
That aside, polish up the graphics, add some music and sounds and you got yourself a reaaal winner. :)
