Apple + cell phone = gold makes sense, apple the company, makes a cellphone (iPhone) that made them a lot of money (gold)

I thought the sequel to doodle god would be doodle devil and that's it, but I'm proud to see that it was not. Great improvements and nice game! Hope there's another one coming after this!
I also like how you gave the option to skip the first 116 elements for those who have played the first one, so I didn't have to worry about doing that again while I really just wanted to find the new elements!
The new hint feature is also pretty cool, so you can see what there is to make instead of just the categories!
A lot of the new elements seem to have a common theme. They're all newer things, and are pretty techy stuff.
And the music still gets old after a while -.-
I also love how there's new groups, before I kind of suspected the sequel would just fill up the space not used in the same groups there is already.
And one thing: how the hell does cell phone + apple = gold!? It makes NO sense.
Ok radio wave + fire = laser is pushing it, but demigod + nuclear bomb= flower?! How are people supposed to know that?
And void + fire should have been plasma, not energy because you really only see plasma in space, and "void" seems to have the same properties of space.
Now it's asking me to make a CD and my head hurts... I would think at first thought metal + computer, or laser + metal, laser + glass because CD's are read by lasers, but nope, I have yet to find it.
The only one involving demigod and something that made SENSE was demigod and quicksilver, which is alluding to something, right?
Maybe the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel?
