I'm going to be honest.
Animation: 8/10
One of the highlights of the flash, but some parts, like the background in some areas, could have been a tid bit more defined or detailed. For the most part I liked the style, but some of the actions seemed a teensy bit rigid or wooden. Other than that it was well done.
Story: 4/10
Were it not for Tomamoto, the story would have fallen through and the flash would have seemed fairly superficial. I'm simply being honest. The joke and 'Shit' at the end might tickle the funnybones of 12 year olds everywhere, but I was expecting something a little more than a retarded man making stupid choices. Tbh, it has the same comedic appeal as a clown tripping on a banana peel.
Voice Acting: 8/10
Not Tomamoto's best, but definitely pulled a lot of weight in the flash. To me, this flash probably wouldn't have gotten a 4 had he not voice acted. (I know, I'm a bitch.)
Humor: 4/10
The beginning was okay, the main joke was underwhelming, and the execution left me scratching my head, saying "That was it?". It is possible to make a good joke with semi-intelligent people in them. Overall I wasn't impressed.
Overall: 6/10
The animation looked like a good bit of work was put into it and the voice acting was very much above average, but the premise of the flash and lowballed plotline left a lot to be desired, and in some aspects unfinished. Honestly I was expecting the guy to chase after the car and start a fiasco towards the pursuit of his car, taking a few people with him. Alas, the retarded man took it lying down. Such a waste. :c
