What? Seriously?
Okay, seriously, first of all, why choose to animate VG Cats of all things? Their sense of humor is poor in my opinion, but many people would say otherwise. Second, the art was not great at all. You could really try adding more detail. The voices just weren't there for me. They didn't match at all. In fact, the voice quality was pretty awful really. It really didn't help that you chose to animate a very awful comic at that. Good God man, you can definitely do better than this! Improve the sound quality, try to put a little more effort in voices and art animation, and maybe this could be passable. But, if there's one thing you should NEVER do, is to animate VG Cats.
I really don't know anything about improving sound, but if you need to know how to improve voice quality, just let me know. Or go on Google. I suggest Google.
