Awesome, but...
Great game, but as I'm sure people have already told you, antibiotics would do NOTHING against a virus infection!

Gameplay was good, I found it a bit easy for the first few levels, but when more hazards got introduced, it did become quite challenging.
Great idea, it's been done before and will be done again, but this is definitively one of the best of its kind.
Graphics... Well, how detailed do you need to be? They were interesting and nice to look at, without distracting too much from the game itself.
Overall, I'd say it's about 8/10, 4/5.
too hard? too easy?
I got to level 14, too hard for me, but not every game is meant to be easy to complete for everyone. great game.
Music off?
The game was okay, it was enough to keep me entertained for 5 minutes...clicking and dragging with upgrades that just add to the clicking and dragging...well...it got old fast. The music did not help either. I couldn't stand it after 2 minutes and I was looking for the mute music button so I can at least hear some of my own tunes.
