Reviews for "infect. evolve. repeat. 2"

Very fun but..

The screens too small. The biggest threat to your bacteria isn't the white blood cells or the antibiotics.. it's going off screen. Can't get past level 15 because of it, went from 44 down to 20 because they all floated away. Perfect other than that.

awesome =D

Some interesting additions to the original... fever trip! xD

I was kind of looking forward to more evolutionary concepts, though, like differentiation of the viruses within a stage (so that you could work to keep the ones you like alive, instead of blindly infecting everything with everything). That would also solve the difficulty complain from some people regarding the 'spawn x amount of viruses' levels, since your viruses will get stronger the more time you spend on a level due to the natural elimination of the weak. It also gives alternative approaches to endless mode (cultivating a few super-viruses vs. mass-producing weaker ones).

Also, we need the ability to turn auto-infect on/off. It actually makes things harder in survival stages (because one must now avoid red blood cells in addition to the white to prevent unintended infections)

Nice game

I am glad I was able to understand this game a lot more than the previous one. While I have yet to review it, I have in fact played it (and shall review it eventually). The best thing about this was how you could keep on replicating over and over. It had a simple layout to it. I do not know much about biology, so if everything here is completely wrong, I would not even notice it. The hardest part about it was definitley when I had to get rid of those white blood cells.

It was hard for me to even figure out how, as the ones I did get were pretty much by accident. The choice of music was nice as it gives a good creepy atmosphere. It would have been cool if the two viruses would have joined forces or something! While not the most detailed, the graphics are actually good. As it takes place in the bloodstream, it makes sense it moves fluidly.

mouse isn't precise enough

Obviously you put in some effort but at stage 7 it becomes apparent that you cant keep all of the germs on the screen I will click directly on a germ about to go off the screen and it will drag another germ some distance away towards it.

Better than the first!

I don't know why everyone's complaining about the difficulty. Some levels are hard, sure, but for the most part I found it fun. Challenging, not too easy, and not too hard. I loved the original back in 2005, and I love this sequel (though I will say I would have preferred if you'd kept those upgrade bubbles in, maybe in endless mode?)
