I like the campaignlike style with textmessages and the simple structure of this whole infecting and evolving process.

The fog is a bit much...
Yeah, the antibiotic clouds covering the screen, fair enough. But it seems to get a little excessive sometimes, to the point where they're overlapping a lot so computer starts to chug a little. Not really sure what you could do to fix. Maybe if the white+red blood cell sprites were above the fog, so less of it is visible? I'm no coder, so no idea if that would even do anything. xD
But regardless, otherwise, awesome, challenging and addictive.
