gonna agree with a quote from the flash....."there seems too be a lot of bullshit here" . I'm a diehard RE fan & that was just a sick parody using RE to real us in. giving a 4 'cause I liked the "looking for password when he only had to press enter" joke(that was funny)

The script was clearly not up to par with the art and animation of this piece, as the only jokes that seemed to persist in it were, "Lol, Orochimaru is there! Orochimaru isn't in RE4, therefore it is funny." about a dozen times, except with different characters. You can barely call any of these abrupt cameos a reference because most of these characters do nothing.
If you're going to sink to the bottom of the joke bin that is outside references, at least have the characters do something. Example: Yogi Bear setting up traps to get picnic baskets. If they don't do anything aside for just being there and swapping dull dialogue, don't bother putting them in there.
