Shows promise, fairly dull though
The art and animation themselves were good, but the voices were just annoying.
And most of the movie was just a bunch of shameless references to other series. The script itself was fairly dull. It mostly relied on the outside references, overused gags and generic anime lines.
I could not enjoy this. I'm afraid to say that it just flat out bored me. Even still, shows promise, and as I said, the art and animation were well done.

This could use som patching
The animation was really good, but frankly that's the only good side of this animation. Here are some things you might want to consider improving:
-The story could have been better. I understand it's about absurd humor but still, some coherency would be in order.
-The pace of the animation was a bit too slow in my opinion. I think it would have worked better if the scene switches weren't that long. You might want to check Egoraptor's submissions for reference.
-The sound quality could have been better. The voices were difficult to listen to.
-Last but not least - you should work on your english. The translation was quite bad.
Generally, I think you have talent for this and if you work on the aforementioned issues, I'm sure your future flashes will be terrific.

Too random for a RE parody
The drawings and the animation are good and all, but what's with you guys adding random cartoon characters that have nothing to do with Resident Evil? I understand that it's a parody, but please try to make sense.
The story was a mess and hardly interesting. The poor translation didn't help either.

Too Saturated
See, if you take vitamins, it's good. But a little is good, too much doesn't mean it's better.
I'm sayin, like a previous post I seen('there's too much bullshit') is that you parodying so much it became cheap.
Focus on parodying the original story, but just add a pinch or two from other cartoon/anime.
Metal Gear Awesome for example was a great parody for poking fun at the subject matter, little did it borrow from others.
Is it wrong to borrow? No..but what you did a few time is cheapness. You put other charactor into your animation for the sake of putting them, does Yogi Bear has any relation to RE 4? No. Cheap. Redfield bro and sis? Yes. Good job.

gonna agree with a quote from the flash....."there seems too be a lot of bullshit here" . I'm a diehard RE fan & that was just a sick parody using RE to real us in. giving a 4 'cause I liked the "looking for password when he only had to press enter" joke(that was funny)
