Interesting
It was very interesting, though I feel as if I'm missing something very important in the story, the girl killed herself because her cat was killed? Sure, it's a sad storyline and such, the music goes great with that, but it just doesn't make much sense. Also, the ending to the flash is very abrupt, was there supposed to be more?

But it definitely needed more information. You should also clean up your English subtitles, but I quite liked the animation. Again, you need much better presentation so that non-Spanish people can understand your idea (PS, if there really where people who wanted a spanish person to get out of their country, I doubt they would write the message in Spanish.) If you are having trouble translating from Spanish to English and vice versa, try making an animation that doesn't need any words, (although that will be quite hard because of your idea.) Kudos then, and good luck.

BTW, you have an awesome image for your profile with the Tricky thing. I think it's interesting how I thought that maybe that girl was supposed to be the cat itself. I guess it's nice to know it wasn't made for furries, I don't think. Your English was pretty bad in this, but that can't be helped. The animation could have been better, it seemed a little out of place sometimes. It was pretty confusing, like was the cat shot for some reason?
Then again, it is an experimental flash so I shouldn't try to look for a plot. While it didn't have flashy effects, at least it wasn't the worst. It seems pretty sad that a person would commit suicide just because her cat died. I suggest that, yes, you should brush up on your English skills and use some better coloring. The dimensions being represented could have been better.
