What I liked so much about this cartoon was that Michael is always calm and in a pleasant mood despite his horrible tendencies. I think that this character has great potential for future cartoons. Nice job on having a bit of revenge on that scam artist!

I liked the cognitive dissonance between Michael's advice and his actual actions. though, you should have created a greater distinction between the two.It would have been funnier if you had him give better valentines advice, such as instead of saying "remember her needs, such as water, and sometimes food" you said "remember her needs, A nice meal from time to time builds relationships" the difference being that the second isn't explicitly serial killer speech.
