Smooth animation
I agree with the person below, the animation is very "smooth." It looks like it must have taken quite some time, and the music is great with it!
I personally thought it was hard to follow, and I'm not sure if this was for teaching purposes or just to watch.. Not to be offensive!
I liked how you could go back to the menu at any point in the video :)

the movie with all the parts folding was just to watch, the instructional thing is separate, where each fold is broken down to watch individually. The link to it is in the bottom left of the menu :)

Fascinating
I've always wondered how oragami would look animated, and you did it perfectly. One thing though, it seems you made the flapping crane, which is good and all, it is the best one, but you didn't show it flap it's wings by pinching the lowest part of the neck and pulling the tail. I thought it would look pretty cool animated too :P

Quite unique, as far as flash goes. Very appealing.
Although, using a peak fold rather than a valley fold for steps 3 & 4 would make step 5 slightly easier. Just sayin'.
