Reviews for "Shift: Freedom!"

as others have stated... glitches

i just beat the game by skipping every stage

its a really fun game but the glitches outweigh the funness

I rarely do this.

I usually give out great reviews. I'm easy to please.
But this one is god awful, at least with the single glitch that renders all efforts useless on some levels.
On any level with boxes, I have some trouble anyway. My computer is laggy. (Quality control would be nice.)
Positioning boxes is difficult since lag kicks in at the worst time. So I have to pull it back.
But then, the damnedest thing happens. I get sucked inside of the box if I hold space and forward in too long. And it wasn't just one level. Tapping it can prevent the black hole from activating. So I can manage.
But again, the lag kicks in at the worst time. So even if I hold space and tap forward very quickly, the chance of surviving is 50%.

But it's not the game itself that sucks, not at all.,
I played, and completed, Altshift on Mochi.
It was a fantastic remake, and remakes and reboots always tend to bring out the worst in me. I am a gamer after all, albeit a generally more casual one. (I have been known to thoroughly rape console RPGs, though.)
Getting a good rating on a redo, at least from me, magnifies the rating tenfold.
So it was an absolutely lovely game.

The glitch I'm experiencing has more or less murdered it, it seems.
In fact, the five is only the runoff of the locked version. (Yeah, locked got higher than open. Crazy shit, mirite?)

TL;DR -
GLITCH MAKE GOOD GAME SUCK DICK.

I've always loved Shift

The Sliding puzzle challenge medal doesn't work, please fix it.

Personally, i wished the

crude writing much like GLaDoS was back
otherwise its still great in its direction to this genre

LAG

Put quality toggle on this game. There's too much lag.
