how about adding more customizability - allowing there to be several different end results. I mean the whole modularity look you've got going on with this is the big selling point I think.

This reminded me of a weird Asian puzzle game I once played. Similar concept but those ones had more possible endings but made a whole lot less sense. You could make a successful series out of this if you continued and used new, possibly crazier idea in the future.
