It's good

But I don't really get it.

interesting

first of all animation and art style is the main part of this , it reminds me of some cartoons , i think from 70's , i am not quite sure now - really good. And well - lifeless..on the one hand , it was not was not for him lifestyle , making those mannequins and stuff , but at the other he was doing something that is nearly big part of life of others. Simply - good job , i like it :) ( i seriously need some english course to better express me :D )

Damn good.

I am favoriting this. Excellent. Most people won't get it so you'll never be on top but this is good!

Hah, I wish you guys were here the day I posted it. The score has jumped like 8 points in one day. Glad to see it's getting some late love.

interesting

as an artist, i honestly feel like i should be respecting this. my only problem is i can't follow it.

(now mind you, i'm not bashing you, i'm just pointing out the things that threw me off) your transition in time was the most sketchy; first, you had the pictures of the guy getting older in the film reel so it felt kind of pointless to say 'years later'. second, it was confusing to go to that years later type of deal when who or when or what hasn't been clearly established. now if that's what you wanted, great, makes people think......i don't like thinking >: (

overall, i liked it. your art style was different and new, story and concept were interesting, and above all your animation skills look worthy of making you a note worthy newgrounds flash artist. i'd love to see what else you can do!

I like it!

Life is very short and should be spent on doing things which make you happy, or whatever you "think" makes you happy. Life in itself is either everything there is and meaningless or just a trial for man to pass. To me its still pretty meaningless, even though i do believe it is a trial. As for the man who slaved away making the mannequins, the end is the same. I was reading Robert Frost's "The Road Not Taken" and saw this so my view might be a bit different for others. I still liked it though, so keep making 'em =D.

I'm really happy to see that the art I posted today has brought in a new influx of people to watch this. It's comments like this that keep me going. Thanks man.
