Some people need to relax about this flash

This flash was made to educate, in my opinion. I dont believe we should apoligize for the atom bomb. But i dont believe we should feel guiltless about it. Pearl harbor was serious as well. But they were the military, not normal people. Also i dont think anyone here knows about what the japanese did to the Chinese in WWII. They invaded, and just murdered, raped, and killed hundreds of thousands. They chopped off peoples heads and threw them into rivers. They would impale a child on a sword and throw them on the ground, still alive. They would also just chop peoples heads off an keep them, for souveneirs. Was that right? How can you say we abused our power? The bomb was the only choice left to us. We asked them to surrender. However, the second bombing is a different story. That was just ridiculous. This makes a good point that the bomb was a horror story, but it doesnt make Truman a monster.

that took real guts to post a flash like that on newgrounds. seeing as from the reviews most people don't give a fuck about hiroshima all they care about is pear harbour. I've been to hiroshima and let me tell you it got alot more fucked up than pearl harbour so pay some respect.

Why should we?

You can call me cold or whatever you want but even though I have my own opinions on if we should have dropped the bomb there, fact is we had little choise otherwise. To lay siege to Japan in the way we did on D-Day in France would result in the same number of our casualties. You shouldn't say that those few people who decided to drop the bomb shouldn't have had the power, because it is vested to them in the constitution and without it, our bindings of our country would unravel. It seems that you mean to say our bombing of Hiroshima was out of bloodlust, but I may have misinterperated that point, but why wouldnt we flatten Tokyo in that case?
A formal apology? Not SO far out of the question, but I belive that Japan should apologise for the unprovoked attack on Pearl Harbor. I think the most reasonable point would be to put the past behind us and look to the future, where all things can change in an instant, for better or for worse.
