The game's a lot of fun and the graphics are great as usual. The fact that you were technically aiming with the mouse, but could still only shoot in a few preset directions got annoying though. If there are given directions to shoot, why not use the keyboard only and maybe a control scheme like in Gamma Bros?

I just can't simply find a word to describe this wonderful masterpiece that you've created. Your probably the only one here whose made a game about Mrs. Claus and you've portrayed her like she's one badass killer.Brings back good memories. :D No really. I love good arcade games!
Almost have all medals already, except one. The bloody mess one. :P But nice job on this game man. Very nice. Hope you make more arcade games because you're good at it!

nice but...
a bit too easy. i got 2nd place all time on my first time playing and that's only because I got bored and let myself die. I also got all of the medals except the 15 levels without losing a life on my first try. It got boring after a while and I just quit playing. I think it would be better if there was a level cap (maybe there is but like i said, i got bored) and also if you were able to shoot in any direction not just up, down, left right and diagonals. YOu can survive forever in this if you have the patience, all you need to do is stay in a corner and keep your tree alive, it's eeeeeeasyyyyyyy.
An Okay Stocking-Stuffer
'Tis the season for child slaying in I-Mockery's The Snow Runs Red. A shooter
where as Ms. Claus you must kill a stampede of raging brats level after level who are trying to destroy your tree. This game follows about the same model as a lot of shooters on Newgrounds: you shoot enemies, collect points, buy upgrades to keep up with the difficulty of progressive levels, and so forth. It certainly is fun splattering bastard children's guts in the snow, but by level 25, you're about ready to move on to a much better Christmas entry because, once you got all the upgrades, the game becomes too easy and uninteresting, much like your stocking stuffers when you open your real gifts on Christmas.
