Reviews for "Repercussions of Evil"

?????>

lol what "AND THEN HE BECAME A ZOMBIE...." out of no where he just becomes a zombie! lol that is too funny

Galneda responds:

It makes no damn sense! Unless he died from the rubble of the ceiling, and his corpse became possessed from the evils permeating through the space station base of the UAC, becoming one with the legions of infernal hellspawns from his wrath and bloodlust to kill the demons. Not to mention the unacknowledged sins that transpired through his life up to that point...

...but yeah, totally random! :D

This really reminds me

Of Half-Life: Hull Life Consequences. Look it up on youtube. It's the same Idea. Terrible fan-fic of Half-life with horrific grammar. It's hilarious.

Galneda responds:

Seen it. Loved it. Unrelated. Try to keep your reviews MOSTLY relevant to the content, man. Thanks for the 10, sure, but I can't use this, so it's useless.

All my 10 are belong to this

I lol'ed

Galneda responds:

I cried.

Like this :')

I heard that id hired this kid to write Doom 4...

Oh, man. I remember reading this a while back. Stupid, but hilarious, it was a perfect example of why children should never be allowed near the glorious interwebs - of course, we should probably be thanking Peter's parents for letting him grace us with this absurd, barely-intelligible gem of human stupidity.

When I saw this movie pop up on the front page of NG, complete with a caption from that atrocity of literature, I knew that what lay behind could only be one of the greatest experiences of my life.

This is Shatner-level comedy gold. Have you heard his rendition of Rocket Man - less humorous than simply awesome, but how about the time he was on Conan (I think it was Conan, anyway) performing a poetic rendition of a Sarah Palin speech? Brilliant. Your reading here is a little drowned out by the music in the middle segments - although there's a decent chance that's entirely due to my barely-holding-together headphones - but it's no big deal. Subtitles couldn't hurt, though.

Bonus points for including DCB's Sign of Evil redux, by the way. One of my favorite Doom songs, even if it isn't quite the shot of adrenaline most of the other, more metal, Doom tracks are.

The only thing that really bothers me about this whole thing is knowing that Peter Chimaera will one day be writing scripts in Hollywood, making MORE MONEY THAN JESUS. Then again, Jesus was an unemployed carpenter/hobo and horrible Hollywood films aren't exactly the exception, so I guess I'm okay with that.

Galneda responds:

Compared to Shatner? I'm blessed-honored. lol

I do kinda wish I used Sign of Evil a little more, it was certainly cool enough to make the cut. Friends were talking about how they liked the music in that scene in particular...but if it wasn't evident enough, I loved the fuck out of Burn 7's E2M9 cover. :P

And Oh God, I hope Peter Chimaera either gets better at writing to justify his fame or discovers his true talent in an unrelated field, because I don't think I can stand Hollywood becoming even shittier than it already is...then again, I guess that means Chimaera would fit right in...*groooannn*

Thanks for the awesome review! I hope to one day learn how to add toggled subtitles into my flash movies, but I'm still having difficulties getting the links at the end to work. :/ The audio didn't seem to drown out too much on my end...why don't you give your ears the treat they deserve and invest into some decent speakers? :D

okay

its allright but its very similar and i cant help but think the comedy was ripped from the half life full life consequences and the main character is also called john in that a bit suspicious

Galneda responds:

It's definitely in the same vein of humor, and those two stories are often coupled with each other, but they are from different authors. But come on, though, John is a common name...

Mind elaborating on what kept the flash at just "okay" instead of going off about your suspicions that it was ripped from an equally epically bad fan-fic? Focus here; you're writing a review.
