Contra is one of the games i can really say that I also have grown up to play and love. This flash is one of the most hilarious flashes I have seen in a long time. Keep up the good work in the funnies.

Was some of this rotoscoped? It's freaking great! It'd make an excellent 2 or 3 part series. Man, it's hilarious. I'm watching it for the third time!

Hey rambojoe, please ignore all of the nay-sayers, they either didn't grow up with Contra, or even today after being on NG and seeing all of its content, they still don't get the Contra parodies, so their whining is invalid, but us who understand it all still have a chance to laugh over this and get all the jokes.
Dude this was so funny, more-so to the fact that I grew up with Contra, so I get all of the underlying parodies and jokes about the game, I laughed to tears, and it hurt to breathe I laughed so hard. I especially laughed at the part where they were running at the lone soldier, smiling with knives, and the lone soldier threw his hand up in fear, and it killed one of the heros, and made the classic Contra death sound, I see the funniness in this as well, because often in the game when you jumped and landed on, or ran into an enemy, just touching them would kill you, nice job displaying that part.
Another part I found funny I just had to point out, that fat guy and his accomplice trying to blow the bridge up so the hero couldn't make it across, all laughing about it and giving each other a high five, then when the hero made it they started screaming and running off like candied-ass odd little bitches, LMAO!!
Good job on the graphics, it fit the picture you were trying to describe perfectly, especially since this was comedic, I totally see this from Red Falcon's point of view, with two pro players just owning it up, I would have gotten the hell out of dodge too!
As a kid I constantly picked this game out when my father would let me rent a game, me and him would play this for hours when he got a chance, those were good days, so yeah believe me when I say I understand every little joke thrown here, again nice job dude, this was so funny.
Again just ignore all the whiners, they obviously aren't gamers and don't appreciate a good laugh your trying to parodize from a good old classic. If you don't get the joke you don't get it, it doesn't mean your video, or the work you put into it sucks, they should still judge on quality, in itself its very good, I think you did a very good job, and you said how it was, its from the enemies view, and with all the ownage going on this is how the enemy should have reacted.
I loved the facial expressions and the voices, and the animation, it just added to all the piss yourself funniness of this, and brought out the pure chaos that was ensuing.
One thing I never got about Contra though, is that in later games it kept explaining more and more how Red Falcon is an alien force invading earth. The first few games you would fight humans in the early stages, and aliens later, I guess they possessed some humans? And in later games, such as contra for super nintendo, you would just start out fighting aliens from an in your face invasion.
Make more about Contra sometime, I love your art style, a very nice parody you have here, I think you earned better than Daily 5th Place, though the video seems cut off too soon, like I felt something else should have happened after the hero almost fell off the blown out bridge, and sent the two remaining soldiers running and screaming, when the hero climbed up from the destroyed bridge, like, something should have happened after that, it was an awkward ending, but hey thats my only complaint.

I get what you meant in this flash, those two are pretty much invincible haha.
It seems this took you a really long time to make though, because you can clearly see the difference in the art and animations from the beginning to the end.
It still looked pretty boxxy at the end, but it's still good, nonetheless.
