Interesting video
I thought this was going to suck at the beginning but it turned out to be pretty good. The movement were very human like. The animation was that creepy give you nightmares for 2 weeks kind, but yours was kind of creepy but also not. It was just like Contra where you get hit once and you die. I knew you would use that as a joke in the video, and the way you did it was really funny. I enjoyed this video and you should keep at this style.

That's your first animation? I admit when I first loaded it I was expecting just another pixel animation that I would give it a "1" and move on. But I came away impressed. The animation was sloppy at times. Quite sloppy in fact. in some portions the viewer can easily see the lines of your animation models that should have been off-frame. And the idea of the "video game from the bad guy's perspective" has been done before. You kept the pacing quick, and kept the goofy humor game-based. The violence actually supported the idea that Bill and Lance were really over-the-top insane psychopathic killing machines instead of heroes. As far as other technical-based observations, the voice acting was good, especially for Bill and Lance. Their voice characterizations were side-splitting funny. Sometimes voices did not seem to synch up, but it was hard to tell if this was due to the crude animation style. Sound effects were good. The flash could have used a preloader and a replay button. The ending was way too abrupt. It feels like you just dropped the story in the middle.
The best joke was the surgeon general joke. I watched the flash three times just to see that joke. I would have given this an 8 if the animation was of a better quality. What a great first effort. I look forward to seeing more material from you as your skills improve.

Good job, i like the concept the idea that was put into this Flash Movie. But the animation killed it a bit. If you can refine your art, graphics for your flash movies and make a sequel. I am certain it will be a bigger hit. Until then i will give you 6/10 and maybe 2/5. But don't let this get you down, you already have a good imagination, all you need is to refine your craft and make the animation and graphics look better. Hoping to see a better sequel.
