I got a chuckle out of the video, good voices, god art, and humor, all in all, a good video, i have to say :)

UGGGGGGGHHHHHHHARRRHHHHGGHHH no
The humor was little to be wanted, it felt like someone you would find on a forum or discussed between two tweens as something that would be "Funny" and they realize later in their life that it's not as much funny as it is unfunny.
The animation was better than expected but not great it left an unpleasant taste and felt like...well...you probably have a deviantart account.
The facial expressions are bland and unoriginal the jokes feel like lightened and cleaner versions of already unfunny memes and the voice acting could use work, I could hear the static when ever someone started talking while there was no ambiance at all to at least hide the illusion of bad recording equipment.
While that's out of the way, the idea was good and the artwork was done well enough. I'm being generous but I'm giving it a 6/10 and a 3/5. I'm sure it won't matter because most of the people here will likely get bored and drowse off before they can finish reading the first sentence and just give this review a useless because "DURHUR HE DOENT LIKE POKEMANS".

If only they had "video recording" in your imagination... then this flash wouldn't have to exist. Based on ever movie you've ever seen, all science experiments are video documented. Way to go.
Aside from the story, the grammar is "Prof. Oaks' Research." Notice the punctuation.
Now for the good news, I liked your drawings, and the voice acting was accurate and the damn thing did make me smile. Good flash, and filled with potential!
