Meh...
The animation is good but the voice actors are like...dead. no emotion at all, and the quality of each voice actor sound is awful, sorry, everything was ok but the emotionless voice actors.

Alright, once again I was entertained by this and here are a list of pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Characters are very well developed.
2. This continues to stand for complete freedom from oppression.
3. Druox O_o did not see that coming, but awesome to know that he was willing to voice mower which as usual he does exceptionally well.
4. The jokes as always are funny. Favorite had to be BB saying Feliz Navidad, Biotch which was both epic and funny.
5. Animation (although needs some more depth) makes it easy to watch and follow)
Cons:
1. As mentioned b4, the issue you have with getting the voices to be consistent because of the distance thing is indeed troublesome. Hopefully this might be able to get fixed or hope that your audience will be understanding of the problem.
2. Rat needs more lines..... what? Rat is my favorite character XD
3. Try to keep the story fluent. At times (especially in the Halloween Special) It tends to jump from place to place which can create confusion for the audience. The sense of confusion usually only works best when their are intense moments, but WHOOKOS in general is more about freedom than restriction.

Im just gana right a short review. Ight, so first It was just a little too drawn out for me (That can be a good or bad thing) it just seemed to go really slow and not much action. second, no offense but the voice acting could use a little work, Like In situations that you would think they would sound excited or exclaim their voices they just kinda moped the lines..Another thing is the story itself was verry confusing (No joke I was like ight yeah Soda. ok some random guy...wait WTF IS GOING ON!?!? DWAAHAHAH!! Maybe im just stupid I dont know.) The Animation was a bit sketchy but I Like it. verry simple ^_^. the sound effects/music quality was good. I like WHOOKOS. the story of a bunch of anime addicted kids trying to make it in school XDD. Excluding a few small things that bugged me episode 3 was pretty good. Thumbs up man. You've got a brilliant idea here with the WHOOKOS set but I feel as if it needs some refining. The brilliant thing here is the idea of what school would be like if you could handle bullies like that, if you could skip class like that and if you could have been as awesome like that. But it's the execution that I felt that let you down.
1) The voice acting needed some extra LIFE in it. Thats not to say it aint good, it just needs to be more exciting like (please excuse me) Rina Chan or even Egoraptor. If you could get the voices right then it would be well on the way to being brilliant
2) Next is the storyline. It was a good concept but felt like it trudged along whining "do we HAVE TO" . Don't make me feel like I have to force myself to watch the whole thing.
Okay that was the bad. NOW TO THE GOOD!
1) The jokes were well done and were well refined. I actually lol'd many times. Instead of the "hur dur DICK ASS" kind of jokes of many other artists, you passed these on your 'joke motorbike' screaming FUCK YOU and then throwing several witty remarks from an air cannon bought from a shady character across the road.
2) Good animation. 'Nuff said
WELL DONE. Lets see if the next few are even better that this one!
