True to the megaman style
Pretty good game. But the controls could be more user friendly mainly because having "A" and "S" keys which are so close together as jump and shoot will cause a lot of dire headaches.
Try having "D" as shoot and "Space" as jump would be much more easier considering the partition of peoples hands. Better distance between the index finger and the thumb. (especially since most games like FPS. platformers and mmorpgs use space as a jump button).

I don't get what's so hard about A and S. Index finger on S, middle finger on A. The way you described I could never get used to. I guess you can't please everyone.
Pretty Damn Good
I love megaman and so when I found this on the front page I wanted to try it out.
It was fun and enjoyable.
Only 1 stage kind of upsetting, but nothing that really mattered because the first stage was lengthy and enjoyable.
Good sprites and good job.
Now just a quick question. When I played as Mario he was moving pretty fast. Was that on Purpose.

Yeah, he's supposed to be faster, he also jumps higher.

I feel like you put a lot of thought into the creation of this game, regardless of the fact that it only took weeks to complete (a relatively short time for a game, I believe).
I wouldn't say that it's perfect-it took you 6 updates to get it right- but it's at least become a nice product. It seems like you may need playtesters of some sort in the future just to sort these things out. Also, kudos for responding to almost every review.
But maybe that's all a ploy to get us to visit your studio's website

Works for me, and most of the other reviewers. Maybe you clicked outside the flash during the intro? Try clikcing on the flash then using the keys.
