it was alright
The beginning animation was really choppy and low in quality, but I think once it hit near the middle of the animation it got pretty good. But, then the very end it went back to being sort of choppy again. So it wasn't terrible and I can undertsand making such a large project makes it difficult. But, I suggest maybe spending more time on it. You know, just to make it look nicer. Because alot of the lineart was jagged and in alot of scenes the colors didn't seem to blend all too well. And myself personally I am not too fond of Sonic X's and I would suggest not to use it but then it would sort of contradict the name 'Sonic X: Cosmic Chase' But, overall I can tell you worked hard on this and put in alot of effort. Just practice doing touch ups.

The story concept was really good the animation was still off. What cought my eye was the 3-d it was fricking amazing. But man your next animation you do please i hope you get alot more skill

At first, I didn't want to believe this was you.
I watched your trailer a few times, and I saw a much more promising project. The trailer was great, with a great deal of attention to the music and trying to fit a lot of excitement and suspense for us viewers. I see that this submission makes the 12th (?) for best of the week, and I wondered why. After viewing the flash, I can see that you were blessed to have that position.
Your positives were your animating, but even so, there were areas that just look awkward. Also, the movement felt extremely stiff and didn't quite capture any sense of speed. However, if your goal was to animate an entire sequence and tell a story, then you succeeded.
Now, in comparison to your trailer, this was a huge disappointment. The main reason? AUDIO. All you did was fill in the missing scenes and frames and just add a bunch of music to it. This flash suffered because of the lack of audio you had. I feel like you made a great decision in not having any voices, but what about the glass shattering? What about the missiles being fired? What about the airplane or the sound of Chaos breaking? If it's one thing I have learned through my college studies, it's that the audio is more important than the animating. Take "Sonic: Nazo Unleashed" for example. You and him are just about equal when it comes to animating. Honestly, I would say that he passes you, but not by much. However, he added sounds to each of his three part saga. Just having the sounds in his flash makes it 10 times better than this.
I'm splitting my score in two parts: Visual and Audio. The audio already receives a 0. You may have integrated music into this, but without the sound effects, it's just another AMV on youtube. For visual, I am awarding a 3. There were a bunch of awkward moments in not only your animating, but in your still moments, and the stiff movements did you no justice, especially for something you have supposedly been working on for 4+ years. 3/10
