Reviews for "Awh, Chute!"

Looks and sounds awesome,

but all that seems like a huge waste when the actual game play is uncaptivating.

Good idea but...

Needs upgrades. Upgrades make good flash games great and great flash games awesome.

Guide to get above 5900 pts.

This games scripting is utter crap. All the item entries are placed as if you're falling straight down. So hold down and left till your altitude is 7 and then down and right up until its chute time. Then you'll end up roughly near the middle. Don't deploy the chute immediately you'll lose a couple hundred pts if you do. Get as close to the red line as possible (if you go past it you can't deploy ur chute and you cant slow down) Then deploy and catch as many red and purple blocks and dodge as many things as you can. (almost impossible to dodge stuff while in chute mode). Then land on the target center for an extra 2500 pts and you'll have about 6000 points easily. Terrible game.

Interesting Question...

How are you supposed to do tricks (using the right mouse button) when said button opens up the Flash options menu?

consider changing the button scheme and updating the file on Newgrounds.

Interesting enough graphics. The music fit the overall feel of the game, however its not really my favorite.

It's left click...

Meh

Sick graphics, I loved the style. However, the game mechanics did not ultimately please me.

Imagine a massive locomotive, thundering down the rails at 70 miles an hour. You've been placed on the rails, in front of that very train. Terrifying, I know. What do you do? You run. Obviously. You run for your GOD DAMN life. Now, here's your question: in which direction would you run?

A. Down the rails at 10 miles an hour (bear with me here, for I'm just estimating the speed of a brisk human sprint), away from the train, which, may I remind you, beats you out by... oh... 60 MILES AN HOUR!?
B. Off, and away from the rails, as far as fucking possible.

Nuff' said.
