I see a big improvmemt over your last 2 gina installments, namely nothing looked out of proportion and theres finally dialogue that furthers the story haha. I look forward to seeing the next one!

Animation is great. But the main factor which bothered me was the level and clarity of the voice acting.
On something like this, I think most people would be expecting better audio from the voice actors. It can make or break a film. I honestly stopped it before the episode was even finished because of the voice acting. It bothered me that much.

As previously stated, the animation was fantastic. My only conceivable suggestion would be to possibly improve the voices. There were a few points when I couldn't tell who was talking because most of the men on the ship sound very similar.
