A very refreshing gem of a TD!
Though I just started playing (on level 3), I already know I'm going to spend many hours on this.
The ground/tower specialty system, in combination with the mastery trees, gives this game dimension, exploration and experimentation value that many TD simply don't have.
Highly refreshing, it's a fine gem of a TD game!

It's a rare tower defense game that sucks me in but this one truly did it. I love it!
Great game
This is a great game, the visuals are great and the music is ok. I love the sinister laughing throughout the game. At first some enemies seem over powered. But eventually you find their weaknesses so the game is pretty balanced while still providing a challenge. This is a great game and I have no problems with it.
TIPS:
- Every high ground should have an undead tower on it, no exceptions. They get the best range and do extreme damage when fully upgraded.
-Build towers closer to the gems first ... expand outward after. This will let the back defenders get stronger and fare better against enemies that might slip past the front lines later in the game.
- Upgrade the bottom set(flame towers) first. Make the meteor spell stronger and then work on the rest slowly.
- Place flame towers at choke points and around curves. If a good position, upgrade the tower to its second tier selection. The blast radius can kill ninjas when set off by other enemies or other non-triggered ninjas.
- Undead towers tiers are both good, but you should always choose the second tier as the fear will juggle enemies back and forth allowing multiple hits, especially against the enemies that dodge 50% of the time. Bosses (besides ninjas) will rarely make it to the middle if these Crypts are placed well enough.
- The game is meant to be played many times ... so, although plausible, don't expect a perfect game on the first try.
- Try to get perfect on every level in the easy section before moving on to the normal section. The experience you gain WILL help alot. Again, Try to get perfect on all normal levels before moving on to the hard levels, the experience is certainly needed to beat this tier.

this is definitely the best tower defense game i have ever played i say make a sequel but i would add in more towers bc i got bored of the same towers but the game is still the best
